Webinars for maintaining current practising certificate holders

The NSW Resources Regulator will host 2 webinars in March to ensure practising certificate holders nominated to exercise statutory functions are up-to-date and meet all conditions. 

Topics covered include: 

  • legislative requirements 

  • Regulator processes for new and renewed certificates 

  • actions required by certificate holders to ensure compliance 

  • observations on compliance experiences 

  • the Regulator’s expectations regarding compliance and best practice. 

These webinars form part of an awareness campaign focusing on the Regulator’s January to June 2024 Compliance Priorities. The Regulator aims to ensure the mining industry understands its obligations and our expectations. 

Registration is mandatory for attendance. Please click the link to register by Monday 18 March 2024.

Mine operators -  Wednesday 20 March, 11:15am – 12pm
