Important updates to funds, levies and securities access

On Monday 18 November 2024, the progressive go-Live of a new system for NSW Resources management of information about funds, levies and securities commenced; streamlining and automating these business processes onto the ServiceNow platform.

Enquiries and information relating to mining and exploration security deposits, and notices relating to variations of securities will now come via the Service Now platform and the following email address: nswresourcesregulator@service-now.com.

What these changes mean for titleholders:

  • Improved timeliness of day-to-day transactional and financial dealings associated with invoicing, receipt, adjustment or refund of the annual rental fee and administrative levy payments; and
  • Improved timeliness of the day-to-day transactional and financial dealing associated when receipting, exchanging and returning security deposits.

Any enquiries about these changes should be directed to Chelsea Cottee, Manager, Funds and Levies by email at Chelsea.cottee@regional.nsw.gov.au or by phone (02) 4063 6531.
