Work health and safety reports are now overdue

WHS Reports for 2022-23 were due on 31 July 2023 and are now overdue. Complete your submission ASAP. 

The annual work health and safety reports for the period 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023 are now available on the Resources Regulator Portal for mine operators to submit.

Certain mine operators must provide a work health and safety report to the Regulator for each financial year (under section 126 of the Work Health and Safety (Mines and Petroleum Sites) Regulation 2022). These reports must be submitted within 30 days after June 30 each year.

You will see a list of due reports for the mine/s that your email address is authorised to notify.
